Our members enjoy 24/7 access to a locally owned and operated fitness center with over 4500 sq. feet of gym. My BodyShop features equipment by Cybex™ and Woodway™. We offer personal training by educated, experienced and certified trainers. A wide variety of daily classes are available for members and non-members.
